CLS Group Logística & Serviço, Lda invites specialized construction companies to submit proposals for the construction of its new Logistics Park infrastructure in the Changara district, Tete Province.




This project operates as part of the Economic Linkages for Diversification Project (CONECTA NEGÓCIOS), funded by the World Bank through Mozambique's Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). The scope of work for Project No. 03CLS, LDA-FCIDIII encompasses the complete erection of parking facilities, including a boundary wall, administrative offices, a storage warehouse, a dedicated water supply system, and sanitation facilities. The execution contract is set for a total duration of 6 months.

The procurement process will follow the Evaluated Combined Criteria selection method, adhering strictly to the guidelines defined in the FCID III Policy and Procedures Manual alongside World Bank procurement regulations.

Both technical and financial proposals must be prepared in Portuguese and delivered physically in sealed envelopes. Submissions must reach the recipient no later than August 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
