Interested service providers must demonstrate their eligibility by submitting a comprehensive application portfolio that includes:
Valid operating license (Alvará), commercial registration certificate, and all legal documentation authorizing business operations in the Republic of Mozambique.
Updated company bylaws and current shareholding structure details.
Formal declaration confirming the company is not undergoing any insolvency or recovery proceedings.
Tax clearance certificates issued by the Tax Authority (Finanças) and the National Social Security Institute (INSS) proving good standing.
Company profile detailing relevant experience in collective passenger transport, supported by reference letters.
Financial statements covering the last 3 years, including balance sheets, income statements, and annual accounting and tax returns.
Note on Compliance Documents: If candidates have applied for tax and social security clearances or insolvency declarations but have not received them by the submission deadline, they must attach official proof of the document request submitted to the competent authorities.
