MINISTÉRIO DA AGRICULTURA, AMBIENTE E PESCAS invites eligible consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for consulting services aimed at the technical review of executive projects and the supervision of construction works for two dykes located in the districts of Macanga and Moatize, Tete Province.

This procurement process operates under the Integrated Program for Development and Climate Change Adaptation in the Zambezi River Basin (PIDACC), funded through a grant from the African Development Fund (Grant No. 2100155042271; Project ID No. P-Z1-C00-095). The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, conducting a thorough technical evaluation of the design plans and overseeing the execution of construction works across both project sites. The entire consultancy assignment is estimated to last for a maximum duration of 9 months.

Interested consulting firms must demonstrate required qualifications and practical experience to perform these services effectively. Submissions must include a letter of expression of interest alongside a detailed company profile highlighting relevant experience, performance history under comparable conditions, and appropriate technical competence. Eligibility criteria and selection procedures will strictly follow the "Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations" (2015 edition), with selection executed according to the Consultants' Qualifications Selection (CQS) method specified in the AfDB Operations Procurement Manual.

All Expressions of Interest must be prepared in the English language and delivered to the physical address or email address provided below no later than August 7, 2026, at 15:30 local time.
