CCS JV invites qualified and experienced entities to submit an Expression of Interest for MAINTENANCE OF TEMPORARY FACILITIES AT SITE AND MAINTENANCE OF SAVE CAMP, carried out as part of the Mozambique LNG Project situated in Afungi, Cabo Delgado Province. CCS JV operates as the primary engineering, procurement, and construction consortium contracted by Total E&P Mozambique Area 1 (TEPMA1) for the landmark natural gas liquefaction initiative.

Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities

The selected subcontractor will be expected to deliver comprehensive preventive, predictive, corrective, breakdown, and emergency maintenance services across the Main Accommodation Camp, associated facilities, supporting utilities, and infrastructure. The main objective is to maintain safe, reliable, efficient, and continuous operational integrity across all assets.

The required operational scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the following technical domains:

• Civil and Architectural Finishes: Maintenance, repair, and replacement services for civil structures, architectural elements, exterior works, roofs, doors, windows, ceilings, cabinetry, and general building fabrics.

• HVAC Systems: Comprehensive servicing, diagnostic troubleshooting, component replacement, performance monitoring, and refrigerant management for approximately 1,350 air conditioning units, along with full ventilation systems and controls.

• Electrical Infrastructure: Upkeep of power distribution networks, indoor and outdoor lighting systems, electrical sockets, switchboards, and building-level electrical equipment.

• Plumbing and Sanitary Systems: Full maintenance of water supply networks, drainage, sewage, and sanitary facilities throughout the camp.

• Fire Protection: Comprehensive inspection, repair, and maintenance of fire prevention and protection systems.

• Accommodation & Auxiliary Facilities: Facility upkeep across a camp setup comprising approximately 1,200 rooms with a total capacity of 1,200 personnel. This includes accommodation blocks, kitchens, dining halls, recreation areas and taverns, medical clinics and infirmaries, fire stations, administrative offices, laundry units, warehouses, storage facilities, and external communal areas.
