The National Roads Administration, Public Institute (ANE, IP – Maputo Provincial Delegation) invites individuals or legal entities, including national or foreign micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, registered in the Single Registry of Public Works Contractors, Goods Suppliers, and Service Providers, and meeting the eligibility requirements, to submit sealed bids for a series of public tenders covering public works, supply of goods, and provision of services in Maputo Province.

Scope of the Tenders

1. Public Works Tenders (Routine Maintenance of Unpaved Roads)

• Limited Tender No. 47K000541-CL/0004/2026 (Lot 1):
  Routine maintenance of the Katembe / Mungazine (R404) road section, covering 16.00 km.
  Minimum License Required: Class 3 / Category III.

• Limited Tender No. 47K000541-CL/0004/2026 (Lot 2):
  Routine maintenance of the Moamba / Vundiça (R810) road section, covering 24.00 km.
  Minimum License Required: Class 3 / Category III.

2. Goods Supply and Service Tenders

  • Departure is scheduled for 09:00 AM.

• Pre-bid meeting/site visit: 27 July 2026 at 09:00 AM

• Bid submission deadline: 4 August 2026, no later than 10:00 AM

Tender Documents and Financial Conditions

Tender documents are available from 22 July 2026 at the contracting authority's offices. Documents may be obtained upon presentation of proof of a non-refundable bank deposit as follows:

• MZN 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Meticais) for each public works tender.

• MZN 1,000.00 (One Thousand Meticais) for each goods supply or service tender.

Bid Requirements and Validity

• Bid Validity Period: All bids must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days.

• Bid Security: Submission of a bid security is waived for these procurement procedures.

• Qualification Documents: All qualification documents must be up to date and duly certified. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.

• Mandatory Site Visit: Attendance at the site visit is compulsory to assess access conditions, the current status of the works, and site conditions.

Bid Submission and Opening

All bids must be submitted according to the specified dates and times at the offices of the ANE, IP – Maputo Provincial Delegation, located on the service road parallel to National Road N4, Plot No. 730, Fomento Neighborhood, with access via António Champalimaud Avenue, next to the GALP Fuel Station.

Bid opening sessions will be held publicly at the same location 15 minutes after the submission deadline for each tender.
