Administração Nacional de Estradas, Instituto Público (ANE, IP - Delegação Provincial de Maputo) invites eligible individual or corporate entities, including national or foreign micro, small, and medium enterprises registered in the Cadastro Único de Empreiteiros de Obras Públicas, Fornecedores de Bens e Prestadores de Serviços, to present sealed bids for several public tenders covering public works contracts, goods supply, and service provision across Maputo Province.

Scope of Tenders

1. Public Works Tenders (Routine Maintenance of Unpaved Roads):

• Limited Tender No. 47K000541-CL/0004/2026 (Lot 1): Katembe / Mungazine stretch (R404), covering a distance of 16.00 Km. Minimum License required: 3rd Class / Category III.

• Limited Tender No. 47K000541-CL/0004/2026 (Lot 2): Moamba / Vundiça stretch (R810), spanning 24.00 Km. Minimum License required: 3rd Class / Category III.

2. Supply of Goods and Provision of Services:

• Limited Tender No. 47K000541-CL/0005/2026: Static Physical Security Services for Facilities.

• Limited Tender No. 47K000541-CL/0006/2026: Supply of Fuel and Lubricants for Vehicles.

• Limited Tender No. 47K000541-CL/0007/2026: Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services.

  • Preliminary Meeting / Visit: July 27, 2026, at 09:00 AM.

  • Submission Deadline: August 4, 2026, by 10:00 AM.

• Fuel and Lubricants Supply (No. 47K000541-CL/0006/2026):

  • Preliminary Meeting / Visit: July 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

  • Submission Deadline: August 5, 2026, by 10:00 AM.

• Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (No. 47K000541-CL/0007/2026):

  • Preliminary Meeting / Visit: July 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Procurement Documents and Financial Details

Bidding documents can be examined or purchased starting July 22, 2026, at the contracting entity's address upon submission of a non-refundable bank deposit slip:

• 2,000.00 MT (two thousand Meticais) for each public works tender.

Qualification Requirements and Submission Conditions

• Proposal Validity: Minimum validity period of 90 days from the submission date.

• Provisional Guarantee: Waived for all listed procedures.

• Qualification Documents: Qualification credentials must be properly updated and notarized. Proposals in electronic format will not be accepted.

• Site Visits: Mandatory participation to evaluate access conditions, current site state, and road stretches.

Submission Place and Public Opening

All physical proposals must be delivered in accordance with the specified dates and times at Delegação Provincial da ANE, IP - Maputo, situated on the parallel access road to Estrada N4, Parcel n.º 730, Bairro do Fomento (entrance via Av. António Champalimaud / GALP Fuel Station).

The public bid opening session will be held at the same venue, 15 minutes after the respective submission deadline.
