The Mozambique Railway and Port Institute, Public Institute (IFEPOM, I.P.) invites interested national companies that meet all legal eligibility requirements to submit sealed proposals for four restricted tenders. These opportunities cover various areas of service provision and the supply of goods essential to the institution's operations during the current fiscal year.

Scope of the Tenders

The public bidding process is divided into four main limited tender categories:
  1. Tender No. 45A003641/06/UGEA-CL/IFEPOM/2026: Catering services and event support for IFEPOM, I.P. Proposals must be submitted by August 5, 2026, at 09:30 AM, with the public opening scheduled for the same day at 10:00 AM.
  2. Tender No. 45A003641/07/UGEA-CL/IFEPOM/2026: English language training for IFEPOM, I.P. staff. Submission deadline is August 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM, followed by the opening session at 11:30 AM.
  3. Tender No. 45A003641/08/UGEA-CL/IFEPOM/2026: Rental of a conference hall. The deadline for proposal delivery is August 6, 2026, at 09:30 AM, and the opening ceremony will take place at 10:00 AM.
  4. Tender No. 45A003641/10/UGEA-CL/IFEPOM/2026: Supply of IT consumables. Interested bidders must deliver their proposals by August 6, 2026, at 10:30 AM, with proposal opening set for 11:30 AM.
  5. Bidding Documents and Financial Conditions
Eligible companies can obtain further details, examine the tender documents, or purchase them at the physical address provided below. The bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee of 500.00 MT (Five hundred meticais) per set.

Participation Requirements and Legal Terms

Bidders should note that the validity period for all submitted proposals is fixed at 90 days from the date of submission. Provisional guarantees are not required (N/A) for any of the listed tenders.

All tenders will be governed by the legal framework set by the Regulation on Public Works Contracts, Supply of Goods, and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022, of December 30.
