CCS JV and TEPMA1 invite qualified national and international entities to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) for the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for temporary facilities both at the project site and at the Save Camp.

Scope of Work and Technical Responsibilities

The hired service provider will be responsible for a wide array of field maintenance duties aimed at ensuring seamless operations and safety across camp facilities. These responsibilities include:

• Maintenance of energy systems and building electrical equipment.

• Maintenance of fire protection and fire detection systems, including extinguishers, alarms, emergency lighting, and associated equipment.

• Maintenance of water heaters and pumping systems.

• Upkeep of roads, walkways, fencing, signage, and external facilities within the camp perimeter.

• Provision of 24/7 emergency response maintenance teams to handle critical failures affecting accommodation, medical facilities, dining services, fire protection, utilities, or life-safety systems.

• Management of work orders, routine inspections, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset condition reporting across all camp facilities and equipment.

Required Documentation and Eligibility Criteria

Interested companies must demonstrate technical competence, operational capacity, and legal compliance by submitting a complete dossier including:

1. Company Profile, Qualifications, and Relevant Certifications.

2. Updated Articles of Association (Estatutos Actualizados published in the Official Gazette).

3. Updated Certificate of Commercial Registration (Certidão do Registo Comercial), explicitly confirming the percentage of Mozambican ownership.

4. Valid Operational License or equivalent authorization issued by competent authorities (issued within the last 90 days).

5. Evidence of Tax Registration (NUIT) and Declaration of Commencement of Activity (Forms M/01C and M/02).

6. List of similar projects completed and currently ongoing.

7. Total direct man-hours worked on a single project.

8. Operational Capacity details: (i) total number of company employees, and (ii) current workload within the country.

9. Past safety performance track record.

10. Designated contact person details (full name, phone number, and official email address) for office liaison.

Submission Process and Guidelines

Entities meeting all eligibility criteria must submit their documentation electronically to the designated procurement email:

Upon review and compliance with all submission requirements, qualified companies may be selected to receive the formal Qualification Package.
