The Associação Moçambicana para o Desenvolvimento da Família (AMODEFA) invites qualified companies and service providers to submit proposals for vendor pre-qualification under the SHIFTS Project (Strengthening Health Systems for an Integrated and Transformative Sexual and Reproductive Health Service).

This procurement initiative aims to establish an approved roster of preferred suppliers to deliver essential goods and services across three key districts in Gaza Province: Xai-Xai, Limpopo, and Bilene Macia.

The pre-qualification process is structured into five distinct operational lots:

Lot 1: Catering and venue rental services

Lot 2: Accommodation services

Lot 3: Office and educational supplies

Lot 4: Printing and branding/visibility materials

Lot 5: Fuel supply

Application Procedure and Deadlines

Interested vendors must request the detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) by emailing logistica@amodefa.org.mz, specifying the intended lot number in the subject line. All final application packages and supporting documentation must be submitted to the same email address no later than August 10, 2026, at 3:30 PM (Mozambique time).

The organization explicitly notes that AMODEFA does not charge any fees at any stage of the procurement process, and any request for payment should be treated as fraudulent.
