The Institute for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises, IP (IPEME, IP), operating under the Ministry of Economy, invites eligible national legal entities to submit competitive proposals for the provision of air ticket issurance services. Managed directly by the institution's Procurement Department, this process is being carried out under Quotation Tender No. CR41002141CC00162026.

Bidders must deliver their proposals in closed, sealed envelopes to the Contracting Entity's premises by 10:30 AM on August 28, 2026. The public opening session is scheduled to take place immediately following the submission deadline, at 10:45 AM on the same day. Submissions and the public opening will take place at Av. 25 de Setembro, No. 1509, 1st Floor, Maputo City.

To examine eligibility requirements and review tender specifications, interested parties can access the bidding documents online through the Public Procurement Portal at www.ufsa.gov.mz. Documentation can also be examined in person at IPEME’s Procurement Department during regular business hours.

All submitted proposals must remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline. This bidding procedure is strictly governed by the Regulation on Public Works Contracting, Goods Supply, and Service Provision to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30.
