(HCB) invites national and international specialized companies to express their interest in providing calibration services for mechanical and electrical measurement and monitoring equipment installed across its facilities. Operating under tender reference HCB/DPL/CALIBRAÇÃO DE EMM DE GRANDEZAS MECÂNICAS E ELÉCTRICAS/051/2026, this procurement procedure aims to ensure metrological traceability, accurate measurement results, and full compliance with applicable management standards.

The scope of work encompasses specialized calibration services for a wide range of technical instruments, including laser alignment equipment, infrared thermometers, torque wrenches, callipers, micrometers, precision scales, gas leak detectors, flowmeters, digital pressure gauges, oscilloscopes, precision multimeters, power analyzers, electrical test equipment, thermal imaging cameras, vibration meters, and power quality analyzers, alongside other specialized instruments detailed in the Terms of Reference.

Eligibility and Qualification Requirements

Prospective bidders must satisfy specific operational and legal conditions to qualify for evaluation:

• Hold a valid business license for the execution of calibration services.

• Possess formal accreditation and credentials to perform equipment calibration.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in delivering similar services.

• Provide verifiable references for at least three projects of a similar nature.

• Maintain a qualified and certified technical team covering all relevant fields.

• Comply fully with the technical, legal, fiscal, and financial requirements set out in the Tender Documents.
