Instituto Nacional dos Transportes Rodoviários, Instituto Público (INATRO, IP) invites specialized consultancy firms to submit Expressions of Interest to provide comprehensive technical, administrative, financial, environmental, and safety supervision for the construction of its new two-story provincial delegation building in Tete Province.

The infrastructure initiative is designed to reinforce institutional capacity and elevate public service standards within the regional road transport sector, equipping state agents with modern facilities while offering citizens more dignified service conditions. The appointed consultancy will oversee the entire execution of the civil works project—beginning at site handover through to provisional acceptance and, where applicable, continuing monitoring through the warranty period until final acceptance.

To be eligible, candidate companies must prove legal establishment and active operations for over five years. Further qualification requirements demand documented experience supervising civil engineering projects, particularly public, administrative, or commercial buildings of similar scale and complexity. Applicants must demonstrate a track record of completing at least three similar inspection contracts in recent years, present a capable key technical team, and display strong institutional competence to deliver high-grade technical and financial reports.
