Nweba, Lda. invites qualified suppliers across all provinces of Mozambique to submit Expressions of Interest for the supply of goods across five major operational categories.

Procurement Categories and Scope

Interested vendors may express interest in one or multiple lots based on their operational capacity:

• Lot 1 – Mechanical Equipment, Pumps, Valves, and Hydraulics: Centrifugal, submersible, vacuum, and transfer pumps; manual and automated valves; hydraulic equipment, hoses, fittings, mechanical seals, actuators, compressors, and spare parts.

• Lot 2 – Bearings, Transmission, Motors, and Heavy Equipment: Bearings (spherical, mounted units), bushings, belts (V-belts, flat, timing), gearboxes, chains, couplings, winches, electric motors, generators, fans, trailer parts, power train, and drilling components.

• Lot 3 – Electrical Material, Instrumentation, and Automation: Circuit breakers, contactors, starters, fuses, relays, VFDs, transformers, PLCs, distribution panels, cables, wiring, trunking, conduits, lighting, sensors (conductivity, pH, temperature, pressure, flow), transmitters, flowmeters, converters, and modules.

• Lot 4 – Piping, Metallic Structures, and Fasteners: Metallic and non-metallic pipes and fittings, profiles, bars, sheets, plates, structural shapes, bolts, screws, washers, welding materials, hand tools, abrasives, and engineering consumables.

• Lot 5 – Belts, Screens, and Separation Equipment: Conveyor belts, rollers, pulleys, scrapers, vibrating feeders, screen panels, flotation equipment, wedge wire screens, filters (oil, water, fuel), screening equipment, and cyclones.

Submission Requirements and Priority

Applicants must provide the following documentation to confirm eligibility:

• Company Profile: Detailing core activity areas, operational capacity, and a list of represented brands/products.

• Operating License (Alvará): Valid commercial activity license.

• Commercial Certificate (Certidão Comercial): Updated commercial registration (issued within the last 3 months).

• NUIT: Valid Tax Identification Number certificate.

Mozambican suppliers and local vendors established in the Topuito District, Nampula Province, followed by the rest of Mozambique (in order of priority), are strongly encouraged to apply.
