The public call encompasses six distinct tender procedures:

• Tender No. 13A000241CC00072026: Supply of vehicle tires and batteries. Bid opening scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 09:00 AM.

• Tender No. 13A000241CC00082026: Provision of water tank cleaning services. Bid opening scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 09:30 AM.

• Tender No. 13A000241CC00092026: Provision of vehicle washing services. Bid opening scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

• Tender No. 13A000241CC00102026: Supply of antivirus software licenses. Bid opening scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 10:30 AM.

• Tender No. 13A000241CC00112026: Provision of maintenance and repair services for electrical power generators. Bid opening scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

• Tender No. 13A000241CC00122026: Supply of custom rubber stamps. Bid opening scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 11:30 AM.

Provisional guarantees are not required for any of these lots. The tender dossier (caderno de encargos) for each procedure can be obtained from the Contracting Authority for a non-refundable fee of 200.00 MT. Estimated contract values are specified directly within the respective bidding documents.

Prospective bidders must note that site visits are mandatory for Tender No. 13A000241CC00082026 (water tank cleaning) and Tender No. 13A000241CC00112026 (generator maintenance). These visits are scheduled for July 28 and July 29, 2026, starting at 09:00 AM at the agency's premises.

Interested contractors can inspect the bidding documents, request clarifications, or collect the tender files at the Department of Administration and Finance (Departamento de Administração e Finanças).

All bids must remain valid for a period of 60 days following the submission date. Sealed proposals must be delivered no later than July 31, 2026, at 08:30 AM, to the following address:

This procurement process is governed by the Regulation on Contracting of Public Works Concessions, Supply of Goods, and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30.
