Inspecção-Geral de Obras Públicas, Instituto Público (IGOP, IP), operating under the Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources, invites interested suppliers to present price proposals for the supply of office materials. Formally launched through Request for Proposals Note No. 144/MOPHRH/IGOP,IP/RA/075/2026, this procurement procedure is registered under Price Quotation Tender No. 47A00394100012026.

Legal grounds for this invitation are governed by Article 93(2) of the Regulation on Public Works Contracting, Goods Supply, and Service Provision to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30. Proposal evaluation will follow the lowest evaluated price criterion in strict accordance with state procurement regulations.

To participate, interested suppliers must submit their price proposals accompanied by essential administrative eligibility documentation:

• Valid Commercial Operating License (Alvará)

• Single Registry Certificate issued by UFSA (Certificado do Cadastro Único da UFSA)

All proposal packages must be physically delivered to the Procurement Department (Repartição de Aquisições) at IGOP, IP, located on Rua da Imprensa, No. 162, 2nd Floor, Maputo, by no later than 10:00 AM on August 31, 2026.

The public bid-opening session will take place shortly after the submission deadline on the same day, August 31, 2026, at 10:15 AM, at the same location.
