Centro de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas de Informação de Finanças, IP (CEDSIF, IP) invites interested national and foreign individuals and legal entities, registered in the Single Registry of Public Works Contractors, Goods Suppliers, and Service Providers (Cadastro Único), to submit proposals for four auction-based public tenders (Concurso por Lances). These tenders aim to procure specialised maintenance services, IT hardware, infrastructure components, and system upgrades for CEDSIF, IP and Provincial Directorates of Finance (DPFs).

All procedures will be conducted under the Public Works Contracts, Goods Supply, and Provision of Services to the State Regulation, approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30.

• Tender No. CR27A001141LC00362026: Engagement of a specialized company for preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and air conditioning systems at CEDSIF, IP facilities.

  • Participant Registration: 15 September 2026 up to 09:00 AM.

  • Public Session & Bid Opening: 15 September 2026 at 09:30 AM.

Eligibility and Bidding Requirements

To qualify for participation in these bidding processes, candidates must satisfy the following administrative and technical parameters:

• Hold a valid Single Registry Certificate (Cadastro Único) compatible with the object of procurement.

• Present formal credentials granting full powers to the company's representative to act on its behalf during the auction process.

• Provide an updated tax clearance certificate issued by the tax administration.

• Submit an updated social security clearance certificate issued by the National Social Security Institute (INSS).

• Proposals must remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the bid opening date.

Participant registration and proposal hand-delivery will take place at the CEDSIF, IP building located at Av. Guerra Popular n.º 20, 3rd Floor, Room 302. Public opening sessions will occur at the same venue, precisely 30 minutes after the registration cutoff time for each respective tender.
