The Asset Management Office (Gabinete de Gestão de Activos), operating within the Ministry of Finance, invites eligible national and foreign individual or corporate entities to submit sealed bids for the maintenance and corrective repair of the Deco condominium property, located at Av. Eduardo Mondlane, No. 290, in Maputo City.

Launched under Two-Stage Bidding Notice No. 01/CDE/MF/GGA/27A000141/2026, this procurement procedure is reserved for contractors registered in the Single Registry of Public Works Contractors, Goods Suppliers, and Service Providers (Cadastro Único). Legal compliance is rooted in Article 25(1)(b) of Law No. 13/2020 of December 23, read alongside Article 41(1) and (2) of the procurement regulation approved by Decree No. 31/2023 of May 30.
