Instituto de Amêndoas de Moçambique, IP - Delegação de Nampula invites interested commercial entities to submit sealed price quotations for vehicle maintenance and repair services, as well as the supply and installation of vehicle accessories.

Organized under Quotation Tender No. 35D002041/CC/0604/2026, this procurement initiative seeks to maintain the operational readiness of the institution's transport fleet. As a Category A public institution tasked with promoting cashew and nut sector production, processing, and export across Mozambique, IAM, IP relies on sound logistics to fulfill its regional mandate in Nampula Province.

According to the official bill of quantities (Mapa de Quantidades), the technical scope of the contract is divided into two main items:

• Supply and assembly of vehicle accessories (4 units)

• Skilled labor for vehicle repair and maintenance (4 units)

Bidders aiming to participate must satisfy all administrative eligibility conditions set by public procurement guidelines. Proposals must be accompanied by updated, authenticated copies of the following documentation:

• Single Registry Certificate issued by UFSA (Certificado de Cadastro Único da UFSA)

• Valid Commercial Operating License (Alvará)

• Judicial Court declaration (Declaração do Tribunal Judicial)

• National Social Security Institute clearance (INSS)

• Updated tax compliance certificate (Imposto Fiscal)

Sealed proposal packages must be delivered directly to the institution's secretariat at Av. 25 de Setembro, No. 1198/1200, Nampula City. The submission deadline is set for 10:00 AM on August 22, 2026, marking five days from the official notice issue date of August 17, 2026.

Any bids submitted past the specified date and time will be automatically rejected in compliance with Article 56(3) of the Regulation on Public Works Contracting, Goods Supply, and Service Provision to the State (approved by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30).
