Instituto de Amêndoas de Moçambique, IP - Delegação de Nampula invites sole proprietors as well as micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises registered in the Single Registry of Contractors, Goods Suppliers, and Service Providers (Cadastro Único da UFSA) to submit sealed proposals for the procurement of kitchen machinery and equipment.

Launched under Quotation Tender No. 35D002041/CC/0008/2026, this procurement drive covers a specific set of commercial kitchen tools and food processing items detailed in the official technical specifications:

• 1 digital refractometer (Atago PAL-1 model, 5% Brix measurement range, 0.01% resolution, 0.3% accuracy)

• 1 mobile bakery oven trolley (stainless steel construction equipped with 15 tray slots)

• 1 professional vacuum sealing machine (PROPACK HD CPVS 420R-220)

• 10 HDPE cutting boards (smooth white polyethylene, measuring 36 x 25 cm, 1 cm thickness)

• 4 rolls of aluminum foil (30 cm width x 100 m length)

• 5 professional chef knives (18–20 cm stainless steel blade with polypropylene handle)

• 8 plastic basins (30-liter capacity, white polypropylene)

• 10 non-toxic plastic trays (7-liter capacity, white polypropylene)

• 15 aluminum baking sheets (silver finish, outer packaging measuring 67 x 41 x 9 cm, with a 62 x 6 x 4 cm useful area)

Participation requires bidders to satisfy strict administrative criteria. Submissions must include a valid UFSA Single Registry Certificate along with duly authenticated tax and social contribution clearance documents (quitações autenticadas).
