Instituto de Educação Aberta e à Distância (IEDA) invites eligible national individual entrepreneurs, as well as micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) registered in the Single Registry (Cadastro Único), to submit sealed proposals for the procurement of durable and non-durable office supplies.

Launched under tender reference number CR50A006041/IEDA/CC/0008/2026, this procurement initiative aims to equip the institution's operational divisions with essential stationery and office materials. The process is governed by the legal framework established under Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30, which regulates Public Works Contracting, Goods Supply, and Service Provision to the State in Mozambique.

Interested bidders can inspect and obtain the tender documents directly through the Public Procurement Portal (Portal de Contratação Pública). Submissions do not require a provisional guarantee, though all submitted proposals must remain valid for a period of 120 days following the submission cutoff.

Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the UGEA sector no later than 10:00 AM on August 28, 2026. The public opening of qualification documents and financial proposals will take place shortly thereafter on the same day, August 28, 2026, at 10:15 AM.
