Instituto de Amêndoas de Moçambique, IP (IAM, IP) – Nampula Provincial Delegation invites eligible commercial suppliers to submit sealed proposals for the supply of fuel to support its operational activities in Nacala Porto. Formally launched under Quotation Tender No. 35D002041/CC/0015/2026, the scope of the contract covers the procurement of 3,200 liters of diesel fuel.

As a Category A public institution focused on fostering the production, processing, commercialization, and export of cashew and nut subsectors across the country, IAM, IP is sourcing qualified vendors capable of meeting its immediate logistical needs in Nampula province.

Companies interested in participating must fulfill standard legal eligibility criteria and present the following authenticated documentation alongside their financial offer:

• Single Registry Certificate issued by UFSA (Certificado de Cadastro Único da UFSA)

• Valid Commercial Operating License (Alvará)

• Declaration issued by the Judicial Court (Declaração do Tribunal Judicial)

• National Social Security Institute clearance (INSS)

• Updated and authenticated tax compliance documentation (Imposto Fiscal)

Proposals must be physically delivered in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Department at the institution’s provincial delegation offices, located at Av. 25 de Setembro, No. 1198/1200, Nampula. Submissions are open for a period of five (5) days counting from the notice publication date of August 17, 2026, setting the final submission deadline for 10:00 AM on August 22, 2026.

Any bids submitted past the specified cutoff will be automatically disqualified under the terms of Article 56(3) of the Regulation on Public Works Contracting, Goods Supply, and Service Provision to the State, enacted by Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30.
