Empresa Municipal de Transporte Rodoviário de Maputo, E.P. (EMTPM, E.P.) invites eligible national and foreign companies to submit sealed written proposals for the supply of thermal paper rolls used in ticketing operations.

Registered under procurement reference number Concurso Limitado nº 11/EMTPM/UGEA/2026, the selection process is organized as a limited competition with an estimated contract value of 1,350,000.00 MT. The purchasing authority does not require a provisional guarantee for this tender. All submitted offers must maintain a validity period of 90 days from the scheduled bid opening date.

Bidding documents have been available since 26 August 2026 and can be acquired directly at the UGEA Cabinet, located at the company headquarters on Av. Filipe Samuel Magaia nº 1481 (Caixa Postal 1060), Maputo, between 07:30 and 15:30. Obtaining the document requires a non-refundable fee of 1,500.00 MT, which must be paid via bank deposit into account number 1468172710002 MZN (NIB: 000.800.001.468.172.710.277) at Banco Comercial e de Investimentos (BCI), under the account title of Empresa Municipal de Transporte Rodoviário de Maputo, E.P. Alternatively, bidders can download the documentation online via the official UFSA portal.

Proposals must be addressed to EMTPM, E.P. and delivered by 10:00 AM on 7 September 2026. The bid opening ceremony will take place short after, at 10:15 AM on the same day. This tender procedure is governed by the Regulation on Public Works Contracts, Supply of Goods and Provision of Services to the State, enacted under Decree nº 79/2022 of 30 December.
