Eligibility, Licensing, and Provisional Guarantees

Participating candidates must hold a valid business license (Alvará) that directly corresponds to the specific object of the contract. Additionally, all submitted bids and expressions of interest must remain valid for a minimum period of 120 days from the deadline submission date.

Specific tenders require the presentation of provisional bank guarantees (garantias provisórias), valid for 150 days counting from the bid opening session date:

• Paramilitary and Front-Office Uniforms Supply: 800,000.00 MT.

• Central Real Estate Maintenance (AT Central Level): 400,000.00 MT.

• Manhiça Residential Complex Maintenance: 150,000.00 MT.

• Goba Border Post Real Estate Maintenance: 150,000.00 MT.
