Instituto de Amêndoas de Moçambique, IP – Delegação Provincial de Nampula invites qualified graphic design and printing service providers to submit competitive proposals for the reproduction of official manuals. Launched under Quotation Tender No. 35D002041/CC/0007/2026, this procurement drive covers the printing and finishing of 31 units of A5-format manuals to support institutional activities.

To be considered eligible, participating vendors must present updated and legally authenticated copies of all required administrative documentation:

• Single Registry Certificate issued by UFSA (Certificado de Cadastro Único da UFSA)

• National Social Security Institute clearance certificate (INSS)

• Tax compliance certificate (Certidão de Imposto Fiscal)

• Commercial Operating License (Alvará)

• Judicial Court declaration (Declaração do Tribunal Judicial)

Proposals must be submitted directly to the provincial delegation of IAM, IP in Nampula within five (5) days following the official notice publication date of August 19, 2026, setting the final submission deadline for August 24, 2026.
