Bidding Document Acquisition and Financial Instructions

Bidding documents can be examined or purchased starting August 3, 2026, during regular office hours at the contracting authority's main delegation address.

• Document Acquisition Fee: A non-refundable fee of 3,000.00 MT (Three thousand Meticais) per set.

• Payment Method: Direct deposit into account number 66215887, held by Delegação Provincial da ANE Gaza at Millennium BIM.

• Provisional Guarantee Specifications: Required bank guarantees or equivalent bid securities must remain valid for 120 days counting from the opening date. Alternatively, bidders may present a Bid Securing Declaration notarized by a Notary Public using the standard format provided in the tender document.

• Proposal Validity: Submitted bids must remain valid for 90 days.
